Yoga Open Class application

Apply to present a Yoga Open Class at OM Yoga Show London. The Yoga Open Classes are located within the main hall and are designed for yoga and yoga-fusion sessions.

About the open classes

Sessions are designed for yoga and yoga-fusion classes. There is no additional yoga equipment provided. Sessions are 30 minutes long and free for visitors to attend.

Applications reviewed by the OM Yoga team If your application is successful, the team will be in touch. Priority for allocation will be given to applications from exhibitors at the discretion of Prime Impact Events & Media.

Class area details

The open class area is designed for accessible, exhibition-floor classes where some surrounding noise should be expected.

Before you apply

  • Confirm whether you or your organisation has booked a stand at the Yoga Show.
  • Confirm who the class is aimed at, such as beginners, intermediate, advanced, teachers or all levels.
  • Prepare the title of your open class and the name of the presenter, as these may appear on the website.
  • Choose your preferred day and time, Friday, Saturday or Sunday, AM or PM.
  • Confirm the anticipated noise level of your class, including whether you plan to play music or chant.
  • Confirm whether you will be using any instruments, such as gongs, drums or guitars.
  • Prepare your open class description and presenter profile or bio.
  • Have a high resolution photo ready to upload with your application.
  • Have your insurance documents ready to upload.
  • Have your qualification documents ready to upload.
